If you would like to come for more than a week but not 2 weeks or less than a week ie: 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 15, 16, 17, Days etc.

We will adjust the price Accordingly

ie; 4 days rent for the apartment will be £42 x 4 days= £176

9 days rent for the apartment will be £42 x 9 days = £378

Our apartment is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom luxury duplex apartment

Which can sleep up to 6 people.

FOR YOUR COMFORT THE APARTMENT IS FULLY AIR CONDITIONED.

ON THE LOWER FLOOR

Entering the front door, there is a bathroom straight ahead which incorporates a bath/shower, toilet and a vanity unit with an electric point for a razor/hairdryer. A good sized double bedroom with two single beds, Wardrobes and a chest of draws.

There is a large washing machine in a cupboard under the stairs.

FIRST FLOOR

There is a lounge with an Open Plan Kitchen. the lounge has air conditioning, a comfortable double bed settee also a Leather corner suite, a 42inch PlasmaTV with bbc1, bbc2, itv1, channel 4, and channel 5 a DVD player with over 200 movies ranging from cartoons to horror movies. The kitchen has an electronic hob, electric fan assited oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, infact all the mod cons you would have at home.

The patio door in the lounge takes you on to the terrace. On the terrace there is a table and 6 chairs, 2 sun beds, and a barbeque for eating alfresco during those warm evenings.

On this level there is another good sized double bedroom with two single beds, Wardrobes and a chest of draws, Patio doors which leads onto the terrace and another bathroom which incorporates a bath/shower, toilet and a vanity unit with an electric point for a razor/hairdryer

All in all it is a very nice luxury duplex apartment, it is more like a home and not a holiday let apartment and very well situated on the sunny side of the complex

We are situated in Playa De Las Americas, San Eguinio Alto, Adeje, in a beautiful complex called Colina Blanca formerly Castilia Vistamar. (castle with ocean views) We have good amenities, Large swimming pool, supermarket for all your English products, (a bit pricey though) Yesterday's family bar, a Pool side Bar which serves good food and ice cold drinks at very reasonable prices all day long,
This is a very peaceful part of Playa De Las Americas but we are very close to all the action.

The Water Park with all it's rides, slides, and Dolphin's show is only (4 minutes walk 1 minute in a taxi €4)

We are only 15 minutes walk 4 minutes in a taxi The NEW SIAM PARK The Siam Park will be officially opened on MAY 1st 2008 !!
The Siam park will be a theme park, with water slides, a wave pool 12,000 sq metres large, 9,000 sq metres of exotic beach. Sea lions, every kind of colourful bird imaginable flying free in a huge aviary.
There is a lazy river which is almost 1KM long, which passes through the aviary and around the 4 islands which are available for hire for private parties.
Hidden in the hills there are VIP log cabins, these are private facilities which can be booked in advance. Each has their own sun loungers, fridge, TV & internet access.
The commercial part of the park is a floating market based on the floating markets in Bangkok.

Siam Park will hold an incredible 5 world records:

·The park with the longest lazy river
·The highest lazy river – there’s a difference in levels of 8 metres
·The largest man made waves in the world
·The waterpark with the widest range of attractions
·And the largest Thai village outside of Thailand with 25 different buildings

The beach (15 minute walk €7 in a taxi) is made of volcanic sand which is black but all the amenities are there, jet ski's, Para Ascending, Banana Boats, a roped off kiddies play area in the sea with inflatable's, for them to play on safely, boat trips to see the Whales and Dolphins plus many more.

The world famous Loro Park is situated up the North in Puerto Santiago. This is a fabulous day out by coach and can be booked at Admiral Travel. Another good day out is a trip to

Mount Teide Tenerife's Live Volcano, this can also be booked at Admiral Travel plus lots more excursions.

We are very close to the famous night life of Playa De Las Americas called veronicas. The best bar we have found is linkers this is a fun bar with good djs and plenty of fun.

(30 minutes walk from our apartment or €7 in a taxi) This is where the bars and clubs open til very late. (very expensive for drinks),
